A new play by Joanne & Wayne Vincent
Prepare to be inspired as you join Ginny, Grace, Frankie and Anna on their race to live free of fear.
Are you a spectator or supporter?
Hit And Run, written by co-founders Joanne and Wayne Vincent, is a powerful new play exploring the lives of women who have experienced sexual violence and domestic abuse.
Inspired by real lived experience and set against the backdrop of a charity run, the story is at once raw and moving, yet interwoven with moments of humour and hope.
At its heart, it is about the bonds of shared strength, even when perspectives on life differ greatly.
Directed by Wayne Vincent, soundscape by Takisha Sargent (The Women of Llanrumney), the play was first presented at Chapter Arts Centre (Cardiff) in October 2025
The play is in development. We welcome interest in helping bring this play to a wider audience. Please contact us at motormouththeatre@gmail.com
